Anybody else a big fan of Bertrand Russell? What's your favorite book by Russell? I liked "Human Knowledge: Its Scope and Limits," "Has Man a Future?", "In Praise of Idleness", etc., etc.

"Why I'm not a Christian". Beautiful man wasn't he? free love all the way, feminist, atheist. Good Good man. I hold him up there with Lennon.

The funny logician joke (that's not quite funny). Bertrand's wife had their baby and he went to work and somebody asked him, "Is it a boy or a girl?" and he just said "yes" and walked away because of the inclusive or. *Sigh*
I've always thought that was hilarious and nobody else ever thinks it's the slightest bit funny.

That was totally hot of him to do. Didn't his wife also have another man's child and he was just cool with it? I heard that somewhere, but it might have been on the net, so I didn't know if it were true.
